No Experience Needed – We will train you! gpac (Growing People and Companies) is an award‑winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries in the United States. We provide training, coaching, and continuous support to help you achieve your earning goals. The position is commission‑driven, with potential to earn between 30‑75% of your production and no cap on commissions. Base salary starts at $35,568 annually, paid bi‑monthly. After the waiting period, eligible employees participate in benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s) Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiation of job offers Conduct reference checks on candidates Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset Effective negotiation skills A degree is preferred but not required Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements Benefits Base salary pay begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which can range from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped.
