Human Resources Business Partner

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and technical operations, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. As a HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: San Fernando and Valencia, CA
Pay Range: $60-$65/hr
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for manufacturing sites and supply chain functions in California, including Valencia and San Fernando.
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, role clarity, and leadership transitions to support business growth.
- Lead change management initiatives related to site projects, process improvements, and organizational changes.
- Support talent management programs such as training, coaching, career development, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws and safety standards.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including supporting complex client groups.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing employee relations issues in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with a focus on operational excellence.
