Quality Control Inspector

We are a leading manufacturing company specializing in the production of plastic parts in Miami. Salary: $44,000 - $45,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM. Education: High School. Responsibilities In-Line Inspection: Inspect products on the production line for correct attributes, methods, packaging, and identification. Quality Testing: Perform and record quality tests (dimensions, sealing, impact, weight). Non-Conformance Reporting: Report defects and non-conformities following established procedures. Material & Equipment Verification: Evaluate raw materials and verify equipment calibration. Change Approval: Approve color or raw material changes post-validation. Sampling: Conduct sampling for quarantined, returned, and third-party products. Compliance: Verify adherence to specifications, SOPs, and GMP. Training: Train new personnel on quality control processes and GMP. Support: Assist with corrective actions, improvement projects, audits, and customer claims. Safety & Regulatory: Adhere to all safety, health, and food safety/product integrity regulations. Essential Functions Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
