Front of House Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff, including hostesses, servers, and bartenders, ensuring smooth shift transitions and optimal team performance Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety standards Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist procedures to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and processing payments accurately Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist with ordering to prevent shortages Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards in compliance with health department guidelines Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive dining experience Assist with scheduling, shift management, and labor cost control to optimize operational efficiency Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and culinary teams for seamless service delivery Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with supervisory responsibilities Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, supervising staff training, and conducting interviews Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food management practices Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination and customer service excellence Prior experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles is highly preferred Ability to handle basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory purposes A background in fine dining or catering is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us as a Front of House Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
