Location(s): University Park Elementary School Pay: $15.00Hours: Monday through Friday 1pm-6pm Looking for experience that matters? AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactionsMake child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification requiredAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)3-6 months childcare experience in a license setting Why Join Us?This isn't just a job - it's your next step forward.At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
