Workers Compensation Applicant Attorney

We are looking for an experienced associate attorney to join our established team. Our dedication to helping injured people and their family members goes beyond the courtroom. We believe in giving back to the community, through contributions to charitable organizations directly benefiting fallen firefighters, widows and orphans. Our attorneys have also played an active role in drafting and advocating for legislation that benefits safety members. Prior work comp experience is preferred, either in applicant or defense. Pay will be commensurate with prior experience. Additional benefits include health (at no cost!), dental and vision insurance along with a 401k and paid time off. We also offer a hybrid work schedule that allows the associate to work from home several days out of the week once trained.
