Job Details We are looking for a Per Diem Social Worker to join our team! Responsibilities Maintain involvement with patients and families and participate in staff consultations, assessments and evaluations Keeps informed of the latest professional practices and trends and performs other duties as assigned Requirements Master\'s degree in Social Work Minimum of 2 years medical social work preferred New York State Licensure Clinical experience preferred Must display proficient MS Office and strong keyboarding skills Certification as a LMSW or LCSW required Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)- American Heart Association only accepted. Acute medical hospital experience and/or experience in a health care environment preferred Salary Range USD $52.08 - USD $52.08 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
