Property Management Administrative Position- Work Order Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Administrative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Assign and gather estimates for repairs
Gather work order requests, estimates for repairs and follow through to assure work is complete
Interact with sub contractors to assign work orders
High level of customer service interaction required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with property management, real estate or customer service a plus
Ability to work in fast pace customer service office environment
Deadline and detail-oriented
