Senior Psychometrician

In this role, you will design, calibrate, and validate assessments using IRT and Rasch models, lead studies on reliability, validity, and fairness, and analyze large educational datasets to inform products used by schools, publishers, and edtech partners worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with experts in psychometrics, data science, and learning sciences in a research-driven, innovative culture focused on improving student outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to publish technical work, shape industry-leading measurement frameworks, and contribute directly to tools that connect student ability with targeted instructional resources.
