Job Description
· Lead continuous improvement (CI) projects to drive effective and efficient business processes
· Assess operational challenges from process, quality, and people perspectives to identify improvement opportunities
· Design and develop comprehensive plans for CI projects, establishing clear metrics and KPIs
· Set up and manage CI project frameworks to ensure measurable outcomes and sustained progress
· Coach and mentor teams during plan execution to foster a strong continuous improvement culture across the organization
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement projects
· At least 1 year of direct people management
· BS degree required
