Our client is a fast-growing boutique business management firm that partners with some of the entertainment industry's most successful artists, songwriters, producers, executives, and creatives. As they continue expanding their Nashville presence, they're looking to add an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to their team.

What You'll Do

You'll serve as the trusted financial partner for a portfolio of entertainment clients, overseeing their day-to-day financial affairs and ensuring exceptional service. Responsibilities include:

• Managing the financial operations for a book of entertainment clients
• Reviewing and overseeing bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting
• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements
• Managing cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Coordinating with tax professionals and outside advisors
• Building strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and trusted guidance
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Public accounting and/or business management experience
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• CPA is a plus but not required
• Experience working with entertainment, music, or high-net-worth clients is a plus
