You will work closely with senior leadership, making decisions that will drive improvements across key areas of the business. This company are a specialist manufacturer serving a diverse range of industries, they are currently experiencing strong growth across the US. On offer is the chance to step into a leadership role where you will work cross-functionally to support Quality initiatives. You will lead internal and external audits, oversee AS9100D compliance, manage customer quality matters, and develop your team while aligning improvements with the company's culture and ways of working. This role would suit a Quality Engineer from an electronics background, looking to step into Management, and have a hands‑on approach to improvement and implementing change in a collaborative and structured way.
