Sales Operations Analyst

Establish and maintain communication across business units.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics; deliver insights weekly, quarterly, and monthly.
Oversee new product launch activities, ensuring milestone completion and cross-functional alignment.
Improve business processes, document workflows, and lead change management initiatives.
Monitor budgets and expenditures, ensuring transactions align with financial targets.
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years of experience in operations and project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in data analysis and data entry.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to business scenarios.
Experience analyzing business trends and forecasting revenue/expenses.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry product knowledge or e-commerce experience.
Product launch management experience.
Familiarity with account-level data insights.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
