This role would suit someone from process-driven manufacturing environments such as nonwovens, textiles, polymers, plastics, packaging, paper, converting or wider materials manufacturing who is looking to further develop their engineering career within a stable and growing international business.

The Role:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Investigate process deviations, implement corrective actions and improve operational performance
• Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality and Engineering teams while supporting new technologies and manufacturing methods

The Candidate:

• Process engineering or manufacturing engineering background within manufacturing
• Experience from industries such as nonwovens, textiles, polymers, plastics, packaging, paper or converting
• Strong problem-solving skills and looking for long-term progression within a global manufacturing business
