License/Certifications: Valid RN license, Charge nurse experience required
Experience: At least 2 years in ER or med-surg with charge responsibilities
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60 per hour
Pay Package: Competitive pay with weekly direct deposit

What You'll Do
- Provide bedside nursing care to ER patients during night shifts
- Assume charge responsibilities for a 3-bed ER unit
- Collaborate with healthcare team to prioritize patient care
- Monitor patient status and administer treatments as prescribed
- Document patient assessments and care activities
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient flow
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Texas
- Proven charge nurse or leadership experience in ER or med-surg settings
- Ability to work night shifts as scheduled
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Prior experience in a trauma or emergency environment
