Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge RN overseeing a 3-bed Emergency Room
• Provide nursing care across both the Emergency Room and Med Surg units
• Lead and coordinate patient care activities during night shift hours
• Ensure safe, high-quality care delivery in a small, fast-paced clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Prior charge nurse experience required
• Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Ability to work across both ER and Med Surg settings
• Availability for night shifts as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in small or critical access hospital environments
• Med Surg nursing background in addition to ER experience
