Crisis Counselor

BJC Behavioral Health is seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor to oversee 12 Mobile Crisis Response staff during the evening hours (4pm–12:30am) in a hybrid role. You will support crisis referrals, assist with clinical decisions, and ensure documentation is completed. As an administrator, you will guide staff and coordinate with community resources to ensure high-quality care. Required are a Master’s in Social Work and LCSW/LPC licensure, with 2–5 years in crisis leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
