Responsibilities
- Work with a sales agent to show homes to clients
- Provide written feedback to help refine client search criteria
- Support clients throughout the home-buying process
- Write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Attend weekly coaching, training, and team meetings
- Participate in script practice and accountability sessions
- Track activities using PLACE Technology
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, coachable, growth-oriented mindset
- Comfortable spending significant time driving
- Learning-based with a desire to build a real estate career
- High school diploma or equivalent required
