Automotive Sales Manager / General Sales Manager- KIA

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager/General Sales Manager to oversee our Kia dealership's sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and training sales teams, setting sales goals, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales management.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Set sales goals and monitor performance against targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to create effective sales plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about new products, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
