Business Development Representative Modern Chevrolet of Winston‑Salem has a fantastic opportunity to start a long and rewarding career for the right person! We are looking for highly motivated, energetic people to join our internet sales department! Bring a positive attitude and we will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful. We are seeking a Client Care Specialist to work in our BDC department. This pseudo sales/customer service position will be responsible for handling internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention. Immediate Opening Available. Job Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, features; comparing and contrasting competitive models Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels Setting up customer appointments for sales department Assist customers with products and services sold at the dealership in order to present features and benefits to customers Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base. Monthly Bonus Opportunities Qualifications: - No Automotive Experience Necessary - Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work some Saturdays within a 5‑day work week - Must be self‑motivated and performance driven - Must be able to attend training -Excellent customer service and negotiation skills -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly -Strong computer and typing skills -Positive, can‑do attitude -Professional and personable demeanor - Proven experience in sales -High School Diploma or GED required. - Auto sales preferred but not required Responsibilities: This customer service position will be responsible for handling Internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention. Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models. Communicate with the prospective sales clients until they are ready to set an appointment and visit the dealership. Obtain customer information and keep accurate database. Maintain a dealership standard for response time. Set up sales appointments with all customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long‑term customers. Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels Setting up customer appointments for sales department Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales. Grow internet service business and expand current customer base. Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings. Must be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
