As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.Responsibilities:Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategyCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teamsDetermine key supply chain KPIsSuggest solutions for process improvementsIdentify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely mannerTrain and evaluate othersProvide constructive feedbackWork with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributorsBuild and maintain good relationships with vendorsRequired Education and Experience:Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for (5) yearsHands on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant fieldPreferred Education and Experience:Manufacturing/industry experienceAbility to travel is requiredWork Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
