IT Support Analyst (Night Shift)

How You Will Make an Impact: As the IT Support Analyst , you will join our fast‑paced, 24‑hour operational manufacturing team. This role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments across our Kermit and Monahans, Texas locations. Responsibilities: Continuously develop expertise in systems and network administration to enhance performance and efficiency. Gain hands‑on experience with industry‑leading virtualization technologies such as Hyper‑V, Veeam, and VMware, contributing to the optimization of virtual environments. Deliver responsive and effective end‑user support through a ticketing system, phone, and direct requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Collaborate with Systems Administrators on diverse projects, providing valuable assistance in troubleshooting and system maintenance. Create and refine detailed documentation of processes and procedures to standardize workflows and improve knowledge sharing. Proactively address after‑hours IT requests, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating complex problems as necessary. Deploy and configure IT assets across enterprise environments, aligning technology with business needs. Support backup and disaster recovery processes to maintain data integrity and business continuity. Minimum Qualifications Proven ability to provide desktop support for both local and remote staff in manufacturing (outdoors) and office environments. Familiarity with desktop software, networking (routers, switches), and troubleshooting IT issues both in person and remotely. Strong multitasking skills in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Willingness to travel and work across multiple Texas locations (primarily Kermit and Monahans) with flexible, on‑call availability. How You Will Stand Out AAS in Computer Science or a related technical field. Experience working in IT support within a manufacturing setting. Experience with virtualization technologies and advanced networking systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with a positive, supportive attitude.
