Process Engineer

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a dedication to quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Process Engineer Location: Fair Lawn, NJ Pay Range: $34.00 per hour What's the Job? Exhibit a commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement by ensuring defect-free workmanship and assisting others to meet customer needs. Search for efficient and effective ways to reduce waste and improve processes. Actively contribute to team efforts by performing according to the guidelines outlined in the Code of Business Conduct, GMP, Lean principles, and other directives. Support higher-level management decisions and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain compliance with quality systems, GMP, and SOPs to ensure consistent product quality. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent minimally required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferably 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing process environment. Proficient with Microsoft applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of change control practices/strategies, GMP, SOPs, and quality systems. What's in it for me?
