Remote Director, Revenue Optimization & RCM Strategy

Kids For The Future

Kids for the Future is seeking a Director of Revenue Optimization and Operations to oversee critical revenue cycle initiatives, particularly surrounding the No Surprises Act and out-of-network billing strategies. This remote role reports to the VP of Revenue Cycle Management and requires extensive experience in the healthcare revenue cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, adept at driving compliance and negotiation strategies, while ensuring maximum efficiency and revenue recovery.
