RN Case Manager
Position duties DCP in an acute care setting- must be able to multi task and work efficiently. Must be open to floating to sister hospitals remotely from the facility as needed.
Minimum required qualifications: license; tech savvy; ability to work out of two EMR's
Preferred qualifications: Kaiser experience
Length of assignment: 13 weeks
Shift/hours per week: Monday-Friday- 8:00-5:00; EOW; holidays - no holiday PTO
Systems: Epic
Start date: 7/6/26
