- Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model"
- Provide clinical support to staff members, and" assist "with the management of a caseload of Radiation Oncology patients"
- Perform triage for patients face to face and via telephone"
- Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management"
- Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up"
- New Jersey State RN license, BLS certification" required "
- 2 years of" Radiation " O ncology experience highly preferred"
- Ambulatory care experience preferred"
- 1.5 - 2 yrs clinical nurse experience required "
- Willing to" take action "and eager to adopt new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, and enthusiasm"
- Creative decision-maker, with proven success at making" timely "decisions that" maintain "our world-class standard of nursing care"

- Schedule: Flexed 10- hours between Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 9 pm [No holidays, No weekends]"
- Location: 480 Red Hill Road (Monmouth)
- Per Diem requirements: Minimum of 6 shifts per quarter"
- Reports to: Nurse Leader
