Location: Otsego, MN
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
Schedule: MondayFriday

Responsibilities
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and agency leads
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Quote, present, and close personal and commercial insurance products
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with prospects and existing customers
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, automotive, financial services, telecommunications, or similar industries)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Goal-oriented and coachable
Professional and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
Insurance licenses preferred but not required; licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates
