You’ll be the sole HR professional on site in Rhode Island, owning employee relations, workers’ compensation, safety support, and HR fundamentals end to end, with occasional support for a New Jersey site. Provide Light Multi‑Site Support Offer periodic HR support to a New Jersey facility (approximately quarterly visits after onboarding) What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or skilled trades Strong employee relations and conflict‑resolution skills Working knowledge of Rhode Island workers’ compensation and employment laws Comfort operating independently as the sole HR resource Practical, steady leadership style with good judgment and follow‑through SHRM certification is a plus, not required Base salary: $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience Benefits package included Full‑time, on‑site role in Rhode Island Occasional travel to New Jersey Ready to Apply?
