Job Description
- Manage the Service Dept personnel
- Manage the daily operations of the service and parts departments.
- Ensure efficiency in the shop & manage shop flow
- Ensure the profitibility of Service & Parts
- Coaching and Mentory staff in upselling services
- Build strong customer relationships
- Follow up daily, weekly with staff on progress of work
- Ensure staff is billing repair orders properly
- Ensure staff is collecting on all repairs prior to the release of units
- Ensure Techs are following OSHA guidelines for shop cleanliness and work standards
- Coordinate with sales for deliveries of sold units.
