Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field. Five (5) or more years of experience in behavior analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA‑D, or comparable license. Two (2) or more years of clinical supervisory experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
