Misión del puesto: El Marketing Manager Pacífico es responsable de liderar la estrategia, ejecución y seguimiento integral del Marketing y Social Media de los hoteles del Pacífico, asegurando consistencia con la estrategia global de marca, el enfoque upper funnel y los objetivos de awareness, posicionamiento y storytelling. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Definir e implementar la estrategia de marketing Pacífico alineada a las directrices globales de marca. Asegurar el correcto posicionamiento de los hoteles y la coherencia de marca en todos los canales. Identificar oportunidades de zona para fortalecer awareness, consideración y reputación . Traducir la estrategia global en planes locales accionables. Desarrollar y liderar el Plan de Marketing anual de cada propiedad, alineando estrategia, activaciones y presupuesto Liderar la estrategia de Social Media de los hoteles de la región. Gestionar las agencias responsables de la ejecución de Social Media: Seguimiento continuo. Aprobación de entregables. Feedback estratégico y creativo. Dar seguimiento a los principales KPI’s de Social Media (reach, engagement, crecimiento, calidad de contenido). Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos y lineamientos de marca . Mantener alineación entre Social Media, campañas, PR y storytelling de marca. Liderar la identificación y gestión de influencers, asegurando alineación con la marca y medición de resultados mediante KPIs. Definir, identificar y desarrollar los storytellings de cada propiedad y sus experiencias . Asegurar altos estándares creativos y visuales alineados a marca. Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing de cada hotel de la región . Identificar y gestionar medios clave relevantes para awareness y posicionamiento de los hoteles de la zona. Coordinar con los hoteles los eventos y activaciones clave de la región. Liderar, desarrollar y acompañar al equipo creativo de zona. Requisitos y calificaciones: Escolaridad: Licenciatura en administración con conocimiento en hotelería. Conocimientos: Manejo de programas de Windows, Excel, Power point. Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Marketing de hotel. Idioma: Inglés avanzado escrito y oral.
