Description

Operate and monitor state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment, including palletizers and conveyors. Ensure smooth material flow and compliance with safety protocols. Inspect products for quality and accuracy, keeping our standards high. Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments to keep production running. Rotate between lines and positions, supporting your team and learning new skills. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (6S compliance). Document and verify inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare. Wear required PPE and uphold cGMP standards. What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, automated environment
• Team player attitude with the ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated systems
• Willingness to learn and grow with us

Physical & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
• Production floor setting with hands-on equipment monitoring

This is an on-site, safety-sensitive position at our Russellville, AR plant. (Sunday - Tuesday 6:50 pm - 7:00 am & every other Saturday 6:50 pm - 7:00 am)
