What You'll DoAs a member of our HCA Team A, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate, in-home care to clients.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, and dressing.
- Supporting clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Following care plans and ensuring clients' safety and comfort at all times.
We’re seeking individuals who are caring, reliable, and eager to make a positive impact. While no prior experience is required, here are some qualities and skills that will help you succeed in this role:
