By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.Lead and participate in internal and external IATF 16949 audits.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).Oversee APQP activities, including PPAP submission and approval.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.Develop and deliver training on IATF 16949 requirements and quality tools.Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs).Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.3+ years experience as a Quality Engineer in an automotive manufacturing environment.Demonstrated expertise in IATF 16949 standards and their practical application.Proficient in core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.Strong problem-solving skills with experience in using 8D methodology.Bonus QualificationsSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certificationExperience with AIAG Core Tools training deliveryFamiliarity with VDA standards and methodologiesASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certificationJob Titles That Should ApplyIATF Quality Engineer, Automotive Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer - Automotive, APQP Engineer, PPAP Engineer, Core Tools Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer - Automotive, Manufacturing Quality Engineer - Automotive, Product Quality Engineer - Automotive, Reliability Engineer - AutomotiveWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
