Photo Producer

Join a collaborative creative team shaping compelling visual storytelling across channels. This role leads lifestyle photography productions from pre-production through post-production, partnering closely with creative, merchandising, and freelance teams to deliver high-quality assets on time. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end lifestyle photo productions, including planning, on-set execution, and post-production coordination. Manage shoot logistics, schedules, locations, travel, equipment, props, vendors, and production documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative goals, shot lists, merchandise readiness, and delivery timelines. Serve as the primary contact for location partners, crew, and external vendors. Support production budgets, vendor forecasting, invoicing, and process improvements. Communicate schedule changes and proactively resolve production challenges. Qualifications 3–5+ years of photo production experience, plus at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, locations, and complex production logistics. Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible production schedules when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
