Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a full‑time Clinical Research Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience for our Women’s Health site. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to maintain organized records, self‑motivated, and eager to learn as the company expands into new therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: Participate in research participant screening, recruitment, and enrollment. Obtain consent and conduct research visits for data collection in low- or minimal-risk trials. Collect, process, and ship research specimens, where applicable. Document study-related information in case report forms or electronic data capture systems, handle data queries, and participate in monitoring visits. Obtain, review, and maintain source documents. Maintain organization of all trial-related documents and correspondence; implement quality control and assurance methods. Communicate with study sponsors, research team, and the Institutional Review Board; assist with regulatory document preparation including study amendments, adverse event reporting, and protocol deviation reporting. Maintain professional and technical knowledge about clinical trials; ensure patient confidentiality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field with 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience, OR Master’s degree in a medical related field with no research experience; higher experience is preferred for advanced positions. National certification (CRA or ACRP) and BLS certification. Expert database and computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and assume responsibility. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet data deadlines while maintaining confidentiality. Knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice.
