Director, Immunology & Oncology Price Forecasting

Director-level position leading price forecasting, planning, and reporting for immunology and oncology portfolios at a pharmaceutical company. Manages cross-functional teams and delivers financial forecasts and business insights to senior leadership across multiple planning cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end price forecasting and Gross-to-Net reporting for immunology and oncology portfolios across planning cycles
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product-level forecasts, planning schedules, and materials for business reviews
Evaluate rebates, discounts, contracting assumptions, and pricing strategies; align and document assumptions
Translate forecast results into business insights and decision support for executive and operational audiences
Lead, coach, and develop team of approximately 16 members including three direct reports

Requirements

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
12+ years progressive Finance or Accounting experience with team leadership
Ability to support senior management independently in matrix organization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Systems knowledge and technology-enabled process improvement capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities with incomplete information
