As you transition to a full-time bus driver, your pay will rise to $18.75/hr., and you'll enjoy fantastic incentives like incentives on your first paycheck after meeting pre-employment requirements and a licensure bonus after 60 days as a full-time driver. Our comprehensive CDL training program, which is paid for by our agency, includes classroom instruction covering vehicle safety and passenger endorsements, followed by hands‑on road training to ensure you're fully equipped for success. You'll complete the necessary steps to obtain your CDL, including a DOT drug test and practical skills testing.
