Store Supervisor

TheDispensarySupervisor oftheCompanywill support day‑to‑day operations of the dispensary in accordance with state law andtheCompany standards. This position will help to direct workflow of thestaff, andregularly perform store opening and closing procedures on-peak periods. As Supervisor, you will manage any customer (recreational, medicinal and caregivers) escalations, reinforce team culture and act as an ambassador of theCompany’s mission to normalize, professionalize, and revolutionize cannabis . CORE JOB DUTIES Regularly performstore opening and closing procedures (such as register preparation, morning and closing inventory, inventoryreconciliationand inventory reporting) on non- peak periods. Facilitatetraining and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors, including coaching onselling andcross-selling techniques. Respond to allemployee’squestions, concerns or suggestions and communicate team resource requirements to management. Provide real-time coaching and feedback for performance concerns; document and elevate all employee relations issuesin a timely mannerto management. Direct the workflow of the team by creating morning rosters, break sheets, and delegating daily responsibilities. Ensure team accountability to compliance with all company policies, procedures,stateand local laws. Manage escalated customer concerns and respond to complex or nonstandard product questions. Investigate any cash, POS or product discrepancies and elevate/record appropriately. Troubleshoot technical issues or glitches in POS system. Verify inventory counts and cash deposit totals; reconcile any discrepancies. Maintain inventory of marketing assets including fliers, merchandise, and promotional materials. Ensure a clean and safe environment for employees and customers. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS High School Diploma or equivalent. 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service; 1+ year experience leading or mentoring ateam. Cannabis experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner. Mustbe able to lift,carryand balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds withassistance). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
