$95,000 - $150,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Advocate passionately for clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected throughout the legal process.
• Develop and implement strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, fostering positive outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with our team to refine case strategies, leveraging collective expertise for optimal results.
• Maintain open, empathetic communication with clients, providing clear updates and guidance at every stage.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, staying ahead of industry trends and legislative changes.
• Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, showcasing your expertise and dedication to justice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in family law, with a focus on advocacy and client representation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to develop strategic legal approaches.
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing accurate legal documents.
