Summary Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor, focused on achieving commission-based sales targets in the Soho store. Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends to support store traffic and appointments. Responsibilities Greet customers, conduct style consultations, and recommend products based on client needs and preferences. Drive sales and meet individual commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling. Build and maintain a client book, schedule follow-ups and personal shopping appointments. Maintain merchandising, fitting room presentation, and accurate inventory handling on the floor. Process transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with store policies. Requirements Proven retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals. Strong interpersonal, styling, and client service skills with a professional appearance. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
