Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and curate individualized therapy strategies to help them accomplish their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Activities: Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with fellow occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Support Networks: Teach patients and caregivers effective therapy methods to encourage progress beyond the clinic.
• Track and Adapt Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify interventions as required to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for ongoing education or advanced certifications.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
