Responsibilities:

Take customer calls dispatch road service techs.

Build invoice receive payment for road service.

Document and update customer information.

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving product and services.

This position is for afterhours from home company supplied computer and phone. not a part-time position to supplement a day job!

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive shop, customer service, sales, or related fields.

diesel mechanic experience a big plus.
