Key Responsibilities Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Support the recruitment, training, and development of spa staff to maintain a professional and motivated team. Help manage scheduling, inventory, and budgeting to optimize operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the spa facility. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and special offers. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in developing and implementing spa programs, treatments, and events that align with brand standards. Monitor financial performance and assist in preparing reports for management review. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in spa management or a related hospitality role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices. Proficient in scheduling and point-of-sale software.
