Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry


Location: Santa Fe, NM


Pay: $87 per shift


Shifts: Nights 7PM - 7AM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves working with post-cardiac cath and post-surgical patients, managing those on high-risk medications, and attending to respiratory patients on NIPPV. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry

• Obtain and record initial assessments, establishing priorities according to patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
• Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends that require intervention
• Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care within established time frames
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on the interpretation of facts and evaluations
• Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
• Evaluate the plan of care
• Perform various Point of Care testing procedures

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Telemetry

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• Current BLS certification from AHA required
• Current ACLS certification from AHA required
