CRNA Job Requirements

• Board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Virginia CRNA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience in an anesthesia or acute care setting
• Strong clinical skills in a high-acuity anesthesia environment
• Comfort using Epic and working within established hospital workflows
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for a varied surgical case mix
• Support procedures in neuro, orthopedics, trauma, general surgery, GYN, endoscopy, and pediatrics
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and perioperative staff
• Maintain consistent clinical coverage and contribute to continuity of care
• Complete required credentialing and facility-specific skills documentation
• Deliver patient-centered care while working efficiently in a busy acute care setting
