About the Role:

Diverse Dimensions Behavior Consult is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients across various settings

Design, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings

Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians

Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar behavioral assessments

Strong knowledge of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior reduction strategies

Previous experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with families and interdisciplinary teams

Compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to client care
