Occupational Therapist/COTA

Regions Hospital is hiring a Occupational Therapist! This position provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of occupational therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned. We provide a thorough on-boarding process to all new hires and mentorship from experienced staff is available. Regions Rehabilitation offers in-services on a wide range of topics that can help grow your clinical experience. Work Schedule FTE: .675 (27 Hrs. weekly), Day Shift Required Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Licensed in MN as an Occupational Therapist Registration with the Minnesota State Department of Health as an Occupational Therapist Current certification with the National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy within 6 months Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications Experience in similar settings/diagnosis. Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
