Associate Director, Global Insights Lead

Responsibilities Lead consumer and market intelligence for the GLAD Business Unit Serve as insights integrator for the BU, offering strategic thought partnership to leadership Ensure the business has a 360 degree view of consumer and marketplace dynamics Grow and leverage BU Knowledge Base, develop and direct Learning Plan Connect the BU and central Insights teams, promoting two-way knowledge flow and best practices Requirements 10+ years of market research experience Experience in CPG/FMCG categories strongly preferred Broad and deep research expertise across brand, innovation, shopper, product and competitive intelligence Broad experience across the full range of market research methodologies (qual & quant), data and vendors Strong record of partnership with senior business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and R&D #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
