Overview:
Proman is hiring Test Operators to perform automated testing on set-top box (STB) equipment to determine functionality and identify failures using electronic test instruments.
Shift & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Mon- Fri | $16
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate STB testing equipment (CMTx, Raptor, GEN) to meet production goals (90%+)
- Run automated tests and interpret results per work instructions
- Verify unit counts and condition
- Package, stage, and prepare units for production
- Enter data into systems using PC and RF scanners
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
- Ability to follow detailed testing instructions
- Comfortable with data entry and handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet production goals
